Congratulations AA Provincial U12 McCarthy Silver Medallists!
What a great season. The girls made a tremendous run making it to the Finals of the U12 McCarthy division at the AA Provincials. The team ran into a very good Cambridge team and just couldn't put any goals past the Cambridge goaltender and lost the final game 2-0. The girls did very well going 4-2 in the round robin and beating Whitby in the semi-final 6-3.

Leading up to AA Provincials, the team won gold at the Ajax tournament and won a silver at our home tournament in Richmond Hill. The girls are not used to having the season end so early we they will get a few exhibition games over the next couple of weeks so that they are all ready for provincial tryouts in April.
