Ringette - Power Skating / Skills Clinic

Get a fast and exciting start to the 2008 – 09 Ringette Season at the 4th annual Richmond Hill Ringette Power Skating / Skills Clinics run by the Richmond Hill Lightning Open AA players.

Bunny & 1^st yr Novice      Ages  5 - 8           Three 1 hr on ice sessions          Cost: $40

Intermediate    Novice & Petite    Ages  9 - 11    Six 2 hr sessions    Cost: $100
Advanced        Tween & Junior    Ages 12 – 15  Six 2 hr sessions    Cost: $100  

Six - 2 hour sessions….1 hr on ice….1 hr off ice….. Sep 2^nd thru Oct 5^th

• 1^st hour – proper stretching techniques, off ice training, in class learning
  Come in appropriate attire to work out in
  (Sweat pants or shorts, t-shirt and runners  )
• 2^nd hour – on ice power skating & skills training.

Cost $100 – post dated cheque ( Sept. 1^st ) to confirm registration.
