$25 Rental Fee & $300
deposit cheque required
Cheque- made payable to “RHRA”
Post date your deposit cheque for Jan 1st
The RHRA Equipment
Lending program has been made available thanks to the Ontario Trillium
Foundation. It is a program that we hope will encourage many families to
participate in the exciting sport of Ringette in Richmond Hill. The success of
this program will be determined by the support and commitment of all who
participate. Taking care of the equipment while you are in possession of it and
returning it in a good clean condition will ensure the continued success of this
program.
All participants will be
required to sign a promissory contract (see attachment) and place a $300
deposit cheque in addition to a $25 rental fee. All cheques are to be made payable to the 'RHRA' and are due upon taking possession of
the equipment.
Upon return of equipment, in
a good clean condition, RHRA will destroy your deposit cheque.
All equipment is to be
returned in a good clean condition by April 15th
If the equipment is not
returned by April 15th, RHRA will cash the $300
deposit cheque.
If any equipment is missing
or *damaged, RHRA will cash the $300 deposit cheque
and deduct the cost of any *damaged or missing equipment and then
rebate the difference.
*damaged
= beyond normal wear and tear and the
piece needs to be replaced.
Many players will have
identical equipment….please ensure all pieces of your equipment have your
sweater number on it, preferably no more than 1 inch high. This will ensure your
equipment ends up in your bag. It would be expected that all girls will wear a
t-shirt and long underwear or sweat pants under their equipment....it is
easier to wash clothes than equipment!
If
you wish to purchase the equipment package, it can be purchased for $300
