The Richmond Hill Ringette Association Welcomes You

The RHRA has abandoned its plan to host its own golf torunament for this year, but the Lightning NRL team is hosting its annual tournament on Sunday May 27th.  This past season the team had an expensive operating budget with trips to Finland for the World Club Championship and to British Columbia for the National Championsips.  Since most team members support our player development programs, the RHRA Executive encourages all our golfers to support this team by attending their golf tournmant.  Read on for details,

Tryouts for 2012/13 U12 Provincial (1 and 2), U14A, U14AA, U16A, U19A, and U19AA teams will start in May. Read on for the RHRA tryout schedule.  Players from other associations need to bring a tryout release form with Part 1 completed and signed. Tryout cost is $15 per session (U12 Provincial Evaluation sessions are free).  If you are considering coaching one of these teams, please complete the online coaching application form.  Please note that any player trying out for a 'AA' team must have registered with Southern Region (registration closed as of April 22nd).  Read here for details.

The National Ringette School will be hosting a full day camp in Richmond Hill this upcoming summer.  The camp will run from Aug 27 to Aug 31, 2012 and will be held at Tom Graham Arena.  More information and registration is available through the National Ringette School website.  Early bird deadline has been extended out to April 30th.  Sign-up early!  Read on for some details on the instructors that will be leading the camp.

With the 2011-12 season now over, the RHRA would like to know how our coaches did this past year.  Each player/family is requested to complete our online coaching evaluation form.  The results are sent in strictist confidence to our Coaching Coordinator.  Results are used to provide feedback to our coaches and to assist in the selection of our coaches for next season.
