Richmond Hill Ringette is looking for a color commentator and a play by play announcer for a ringette game to be televised by Rogers Cable at the Richmond Hill Ringette tournament Sun Feb 5th. If you have any aspirations for a career in TV or radio this is a great opportunity, or maybe you just think this would be a great experience.

Thompson Team Wins Silver Medal at Whitby Tournament | |
The U12B1 - Thompson Team had a great weekend at the Whitby Tournament with wins against Whitby and Nepean and a loss to Caledonia in round robin play. Advancing to the finals, they brought home the Silver Medal after a great game against Caledonia with a final score of 6-4.

Richmond Hill Lightning NRL Team off to Finland | |
Richmond Hill Lightning end the tournament in fifth place after defeating Sweden 8-2 on Saturday December 31st. Erika Kiviaho (Sudbury) scored a pair of goals and an assist and Jessica Jones (St. Thomas) also picked up a pair to receive game MVP honours for Richmond Hill. U16A's Win Gold in Waterloo | |
Congratulations to our U16A team coached by Greg Turner. The team had a perfect record of 4-0 entering the final against a Waterloo team that also was 4-0. The team got off to a great start and never looked back and defeated Waterloo 5-1 in the Final. Keep it going girls! The National Ringette School will be hosting a full day camp in Richmond Hill this upcoming summer. The camp will run from Aug 27 to Aug 31, 2012 and will be held at Tom Graham Arena.
